1 Introduction
1.1 The FENGSHOWS client is an application provided by FENGSHOWS LIMITED. This agreement is an agreement between the user and FengShows regarding the use of FengShows services. "FengShows" refers to FengShows Limited, together with its controlling companies and related companies. "User" refers to the person who uses the FengShows service, more commonly referred to as "you" in the Agreement.
1.2 Before you click to agree to this agreement during the registration process, you should carefully read this agreement and the "Privacy Policy" and "COOKIES Policy" of this platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy" and "COOKIES Policy" respectively). 2. Service description
2.1 FengShows services refer to products and services provided by FengShows to users through this platform, including but not limited to online media, Internet value-added, interactive entertainment, financial payment, advertising, comments, subscriptions, shopping and other products and services. FengShows has the right to upgrade or make other adjustments to the FengShows services or product forms it provides, and will update the page in a timely manner.
2.2 FengShows products or services are limited to users’ use on this platform. Any attempt to separate FengShows products or services from this platform through malicious cracking or other illegal means shall not be considered FengShows’s products and services as stipulated in this agreement. The perpetrator shall be responsible for all legal consequences arising therefrom, and FengShows will pursue the legal liability of the perpetrator in accordance with the law.
2.3 FengShows only provides technical services related to FengShows services. 3. Service usage rules

At the same time, FengShows has the right to choose to temporarily block or permanently block this account based on the actual situation.
3.3 You can only register on the official channel of this platform to become a registered user of this platform. Any FengShows account information obtained through other non-FengShows official channels (including but not limited to FengShows account information obtained through purchase, rental, borrowing, sharing, etc., as well as registered accounts obtained by malicious use or destruction of the FengShows registration system), FengShows does not guarantee its legality and normal use. If your account is blocked, sealed, canceled or withdrawn as a result, you shall bear all the responsibilities.
3.4 If there are special provisions in relevant applicable laws and regulations, you should register an account through real identity verification, and the account name, avatar, profile and other registration materials you submit must not contain illegal or harmful information. FengShows has the right to review the above information and Your true identity will be reviewed. If the above situation exists, FengShows has the right not to register. 3.5 You shall not maliciously register a FengShows account by any means (including but not limited to using an invalid mobile phone number, using another person’s identity, etc.) or use the FengShows account to conduct illegal activities, disrupt, harass, deceive other users, or otherwise violate this Agreement. If the above-mentioned account is violated, FengShows reserves the right to permanently block, cancel registration, take back, and other measures. Any resulting losses shall be borne by you. At the same time, FengShows has the right to transfer the above-mentioned behavior to the judicial department for processing.
3.6 When you upload, submit, store or transmit content to the FengShows service, or receive content on the FengShows service, or perform the above operations through the FengShows service, you will give FengShows a globally applicable, free and sublicensable license. (Through multi-level) authorization, FengShows (and FengShows successor companies and partners) are allowed to use, store, store, copy, modify, translate, assemble, adapt, create derivatives, convey, publish, publicly perform, and publicly display , distribution and other content, the scope of use includes but is not limited to this platform. 3.8 If your account information is lost due to reasons other than FengShows, if you need to retrieve it, you must provide corresponding information and certificates in accordance with the requirements of the account retrieval process officially announced by FengShows, and ensure that the information and certificate files provided are legal. It is true and valid. If the information provided is untrue or does not meet the requirements and cannot pass the security verification of the FengShows account, it may lead to failure to retrieve the account. You are responsible for the corresponding risks and losses.
3.9 In order to ensure that FengShows provides better services to more users, you agree that FengShows has the right to take action against FengShows accounts that have not been used for six consecutive months, FengShows accounts obtained through illegal channels, and FengShows that violate this User Agreement. The account will be permanently canceled or withdrawn.
3.10 You agree that FengShows will use various channels to place commercial advertisements or any other type of commercial information in the process of providing products and/or services (including but not limited to placing advertisements anywhere on this platform, uploading, disseminating, etc.) (advertising in the content), you agree to accept FengShows sending you direct product promotions or other related commercial information through mobile phone text messages, emails or other channels after obtaining your consent.
3.11 You understand and agree that due to broadband and network connection issues, FengShows may experience long buffering or lag or other similar situations in the process of providing products and services. Such situations are not the fault of FengShows. FengShows shall not be liable to you for such circumstances. In order to reduce or even avoid the above situations and further improve your service experience, you confirm that FengShows can adopt a series of technological means to optimize products and services, including improving FengShows CDN node distribution and scheduling and other networks to improve the quality of video distribution. technological measures, etc.
3.12 You understand and agree that the products and services provided by FengShows require access to the Internet before they can be used. Therefore, you are responsible for the upstream and downstream network communication and traffic costs incurred during the use of the products and services. The above costs will be borne by the network. Charged by the operator. You can also make relevant settings for network usage information through the product settings page.

3.14 You are prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors:

3.14.8 Tracking or harassing others through other channels, illegally intruding into other people's networks, interfering with the normal functions of other people's networks, stealing network data, and other behaviors that endanger network security;

If you use FengShows products and/or services to produce, upload, publish, or disseminate symbols, text, pictures, audio, videos, etc. on this platform, you should ensure that the uploaded content does not violate laws, regulations and normative documents, nor does it If you infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, you shall be solely responsible for any adverse consequences caused otherwise. If any loss is caused to FengShows, you shall also be liable for compensation to FengShows. If the relevant rights holder claims rights against FengShows due to your violation of this clause, FengShows has the right to directly delete, offline, or mask the relevant disputed content without notifying you.
3.16 You shall independently and completely bear legal responsibility and financial compensation liability for the symbols, texts, pictures, audios, videos and other contents produced, uploaded, published and disseminated using the FengShows service. If the FengShows suffers losses, you shall also file a complaint with the FengShows. FengShows shall be liable for compensation, including but not limited to property damage compensation, reputation damage compensation, attorney fees, transportation expenses and other reasonable expenses incurred in defending rights. at the same time:

3.18 You are not allowed to use this platform account, points-based products, community products and other products and/or services to illegally make profits through reselling, resale, replacement, mortgage, valuable transactions and other channels. 3.19 You shall guarantee that you will not use the FengShows service or its derivative services to infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of FengShows and others. You are prohibited from disrupting the normal operation of the platform through network vulnerabilities, malware or other illegal means, and stealing or misappropriating other people's accounts and accounts. property, etc.; other content that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others is prohibited. 3.23 The rights you acquire under the terms of this Agreement are non-transferable.
3.24 You shall use FengShows services through the methods provided or approved by FengShows, and shall not log in or use this platform through any third-party software, plug-in programs, plug-ins, systems, devices, etc.
3.25 You may not use any third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins, systems, etc. to view or obtain any relevant information, data, etc. of FengShows, FengShows partners or users included in the FengShows service without FengShows's authorization.
4. PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIES POLICY

5.3 You can only use the products and/or services provided by FengShows within the scope of this Agreement and the express authorization of FengShows. Without the prior written permission of FengShows, you may not modify, copy, disseminate, transmit, distribute, transfer, sell or lease the software, technology, and data used in FengShows products and/or services for any profit or non-profit purpose. Due to force majeure, hacker attacks, system instability, network interruption, user shutdown, communication lines and other reasons, FengShows products and/or services may be interrupted or unable to meet your requirements. FengShows does not guarantee that FengShows products and/or services are suitable for your use requirements;
7.3.3 Since the client and other software provided by this platform can be downloaded and spread through the Internet, FengShows cannot guarantee whether the FengShows service-related software downloaded from official websites not designated by this platform or obtained through non-designated channels is infected. 7.11 When permitted by applicable law, FengShows will only assume the direct responsibilities expressly agreed in this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, in any case the total liability of FengShows for this Agreement shall not exceed the total service fees charged by FengShows for providing products and/or services to you.
7.12 When permitted by applicable law, FengShows shall not be liable for any special, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive or unexpected damages caused by any reason, regardless of whether they are foreseeable or not, and regardless of the form of behavior. shall not be liable for any damages or any other damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, income or interest, financial losses, business interruption, loss of data) that may be causally related.
7.13 Under no circumstances will FengShows be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
7.14 FengShows understands that under the laws of some countries/regions, you may have statutory rights as a consumer. Nothing in this Agreement or any additional agreement shall limit any consumer statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract. right.
8.Terms for minors
8.1 FengShows attaches great importance to the protection of minors. FengShows will rely on the personal information you provide to determine whether you are a minor. If you are under the age of 18 or considered a minor under the laws of the country or region where you live, you should read and agree to this Agreement under the supervision and guidance of one of your parents or legal guardians. Use the FengShows platform’s products and/or services correctly under guidance.
8.2 Underage users understand that if you violate laws, regulations and/or the contents of this Agreement, you and your parents or guardians shall bear all consequences resulting therefrom in accordance with legal provisions.
8.3 Parents or guardians should instruct their children or underage children under their supervision on the safety issues they should pay attention to when surfing the Internet, so as to nip problems in the bud. FengShows does not encourage minors to use FengShows products/services for any consumption behavior. If there is any consumption, minors should ask one of their parents or legal guardians to operate or operate with the express consent of one of their parents or legal guardians, otherwise they are not allowed to use consumer services.
8.4 FengShows reminds minors that when registering and using FengShows products and/or services, you must be good at online learning, recognize the difference between the online world and the real world, and avoid being addicted to the Internet and affecting your daily study life. Regarding the privacy protection of minors, FengShows will strictly follow the channels and methods described in the "Privacy Policy".
9. Legal application and dispute resolution
9.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
9.2 During the execution of this Agreement, if any dispute related to this Agreement arises, the parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if any dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a certain period of time after the dispute occurs, either party has the right to submit a request to FengShows Hong Kong Special Administrative Region A lawsuit was filed in court.
9.3 During the litigation, this Agreement shall continue to be enforced except for matters in dispute.
10. Others
10.1 FengShows may revise the terms of this Agreement or any additional terms applicable to a certain product or service from time to time, and you should check the contents of this Agreement regularly. Regarding the revision of these terms, FengShows will notify you by prompting at relevant locations on the platform or sending you an email or other means before the revision takes effect. Changes are not retroactive. If you do not agree to the revised terms of a certain service, please stop using the relevant product or service.
10.2 If there is a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Additional Agreement, the terms of the Additional Agreement shall prevail as to the conflicting part.
10.3 This agreement governs the relationship between FengShows and you. No third party beneficiary rights will arise as a result.
10.4 FengShows’s delay or failure to exercise any right under this Agreement shall not be construed as FengShows’s waiver of such right.
10.5 If a competent court or government agency decides that any part of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that part will be deemed to be repealed and the remaining parts will continue to be in full force and effect.
